You never sell, quote or design anything. You make the introduction; our team does the audit, the sale and the work.

  1. Identify a good-fit roofing company

    Established roofers with active lead generation, a sales team and room to grow.

  2. Register them in your Partner Portal

    Registration protects your introduction and tracks attribution from audit to commission.

  3. Introduce the Revenue Leak Audit

    Use approved scripts and materials to explain the audit in about 30 seconds.

  4. We handle everything else

    Audit, proposal, onboarding and delivery. You watch your commission status in the portal.

Compensation

Paid on real, collected revenue

Level 1 and 2

Referral Partner and Certified Partner

$1,000 activation

+ 2% of eligible collected recurring revenue for up to 24 months while the client stays active and paid.

Activation paid in two parts: $500 after the first qualifying payment clears, $500 after 90 active days.

Level 3

Certified Roofing Growth Partner Pro

$1,000 activation

+ 5% of eligible collected recurring revenue for up to 24 months.

Unlocked with active certification, 5 active paying referred clients, good standing and management approval.

Commissions are based on successfully collected eligible core recurring revenue and exclude taxes, ad spend, pass-through costs, refunds, chargebacks, third-party software and usage fees. Full terms are in the Partner Agreement. Partners are independent contractors and may not guarantee results, change pricing, accept payments or sign for Mastermind Marketing.

Certification

Certified means competent, not just signed up

Referral Partners can start introducing right away. To earn the Mastermind Certified Roofing Growth Partner title, you complete a 12-module academy, pass an 85% written exam, a Revenue Leak case study and a live role-play.

  • Prospecting, booking the audit and handling objections
  • Ethics, approved claims and compliance
  • Spotting AI opportunities (identify, don't engineer)

Certification lasts 12 months, with annual recertification. Active certifications can be publicly verified.
